π§π» MEDITATION: Free Guided Intentions Transformation Visualisation Exercise
Find a quiet place where you can listen as I guide you through expressing your fears and your intentions for any upcoming situation. Thanks to the Applied Compassion Trainers at Stanford University who shared this exercise on our training that I have added my own added magic too :)
My #GoodIntentions for you are that you feel warmth of compassion for yourself as you express your hearts emotions and then open the door to possibilities sending your intentions out with creativity of love and an open heart <3.
Remember to write those intentions out afterwards, even add an image or make a vision board or presentation. The power of your intention gets stronger the more energy and time you spend in focusing on it. Express that feeling, revisit it as much as possible, put that somewhere you will see and it will start happening!
